Service Description

(1) Debris Removal (Manual or Vacuum): Removal of organic matter (leaves, silt, moss etc) from all accessible gutter channels. (2) Downspout Flushing: High-pressure washing, clearing of all downpipes to ensure water flows freely to the ground-level drains. (3) Roof "Blow-Down": Clearing of leaves and loose debris from the roof surface and valleys to prevent immediate re-clogging during the next rain event. (4) Waste Disposal: put collected organic waste in the green bin. Extra fee will be charged if the customer wants the green waste to be taken away. (5) Digital Completion Report: A set of "Before and After" photos provided via email or instant communication tool like wechat/whatapp upon completion.
